Yes, it can be work full automatic by air system, but on normal we advice fetch the cover down from mold by robot or human.
2. Which gate way choose for this dustbin cover mould?

About the packing: OSKAI mould will arrange whole mould covered by PE film and then put into wooden case.

Quenching the mold, heat treatment to improve the hardness, then Nitriding temperature is lower , the mold will no longer need to quench mold with high surface hardness and wear resistance more than HV850
